Holy Moly! The sad part is many (most) of these people can lower their cholesterol levels if they TAKE CONTROL OF THEIR DIET AND LIFESTYLE. Yes, it takes a little work and they may need to give up their fatty meats and fast foods BUT wouldn’t it be nice to have a quality, long life instead of one full of health issues and the possibility of DEATH knocking on the door.
